RECEIVED A COMPLAINT ABOUT MOLD FOUND IN DISHWASHING AREA & IN KITCHEN. ALSO COMPLAINED ABOUT SEEING MICE AND ROACHES THROUGH OUT FACILITY. MANAGER SAID NOBODY HAS BEEN SICK SINCE HE'S BEEN AT ONU THE LAST FEW MONTHS.
MANAGER AGREED TO GET RID OF AS MUCH MOLD AS POSSIBLE ON WALLS IN DISHWASHING AREA & AT THREE COMPARTMENT SINK. I TOOK PICTURES OF WALLS IN DISHWASHING AREA AND AT THREE COMPARTMENT SINK IN BAKERY. I WILL DO A FOLLOW-UP ON 11/29/21 TO MAKE SURE THE ABOVE HAS BEEN ADDRESSED. MANAGER ALSO AGREED TO LET ME SEE THE LATEST PEST CONTROL FORMS. THERE HAS BEEN NO EVIDENCE OF MICE OR ROACHES SINCE NOVEMBER OF 2020. |
